Clifford M. Kendall is one of the founders and Chairman of the Board of Computer Data Systems, Inc. (CDSI). CDSI is a professional and processing services firm which provides consulting and data processing services to federal, state and local governments, not-for-profit institutions, and commercial clients. Founded in 1968, it has grown to encompass a staff of more than 3,200 professionals, that support more than 300 customers nationwide, with annual revenues of approximately $300 million. Mr. Kendall also serves as Chairman of the Board of Objective Communications, Inc. and is a member of the advisory boards of Atlantic Holdings, Inc. and Ferris, Baker Watts.

Prior to joining CDSI, Mr. Kendall's career included positions with Washington Gas Light Company, American University, Washington University in St. Louis, and the consulting firm of Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc.

Mr. Kendall serves on the board of directors and executive committee of both the Suburban Maryland High Technology Council and The Greater Washington Board of Trade. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Montgomery County Technology Enterprise Center and a member of the Montgomery/Prince George's County CEO Roundtable. Mr. Kendall serves as a director of The Lighthouse, which manages investments for the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind, and is chairman of the Montgomery County Community Foundation.

In addition, Mr. Kendall serves on the Advisory Council for the School of Business and Public Management of The George Washington University, is a member of the Board of Visitors of the University of Maryland at College Park, and is an adjunct professor at John's Hopkins University.

Mr. Kendall holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, an M.B.A. from The George Washington University, and has served in the U.S. Air Force. He is a resident of Montgomery County, Maryland.
