Ryan-McGinn, Inc., the Arlington-based
public and government relations firm, has been named by the
Potomac KnowledgeWay Project to assist the organization with media
relations, community outreach and strategic communications. The
Potomac KnowledgeWay was formed in June 1995, and has quickly
emerged as a powerful and positive force in the Potomac region.
Led by Mario Marino, the Project is committed to ensuring that the
Potomac region embraces the communications revolution and prospers
from it by educating the community and workforce about the
enormous opportunities the communications revolution represents.

Perlman and Senior Vice President Robb Deigh will service the
