Ryan-McGinn, Inc., the Arlington-based public and government relations firm, has been named by the Potomac KnowledgeWay Project to assist the organization with media relations, community outreach and strategic communications. The Potomac KnowledgeWay was formed in June 1995, and has quickly emerged as a powerful and positive force in the Potomac region. Led by Mario Marino, the Project is committed to ensuring that the Potomac region embraces the communications revolution and prospers from it by educating the community and workforce about the enormous opportunities the communications revolution represents.

Ryan-McGinn's President Dan McGinn, Senior Account Executive Diane Perlman and Senior Vice President Robb Deigh will service the account. Ryan-McGinn, Inc. is one of the Washington metropolitan area's top 20 public and government relations firms and Virginia's largest. The firm has served more than 200 organizations in the United States and throughout the world. Local clients include the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, Texaco, Marymount University, Washington Gas and the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection. In October 1993, Ryan McGinn, Inc. was named to Inc. magazine's list of the 500 fastest-growing businesses in America, and it continues to be one of the fastest growing PR firms in Virginia.
