and services should, in some way, contribute to or further the fulfillment of
the Project's mission.
- Accuracy of Information and Communications
The accuracy, relevance and quality of the information and communications provided
by individuals such as yourself set the tone and level of quality for Potomac KnowledgeWay Project Web site.

- Governing Law and Forum
This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and
obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America
and the Commonwealth of Virginia governing contracts wholly entered into
and wholly performed with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any and all proceedings
relating to or arising from this Agreement shall be maintained in the courts
of the County of Fairfax, of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the United
States District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, which courts
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such proceedings, and you hereby consent
to the jurisdiction of such courts.
- Integration
This code of conduct and terms of participation, and any supplemental code
and terms posted on the system, represents the entire agreement between you
and the Potomac KnowledgeWay Project, Inc. regarding Potomac KnowledgeWay Project Web site, and it
supersedes and merges all prior proposals, understandings and other
agreements, oral and written, between us.
