KnowledgeWayVOICE is a regional awareness program to increase the public's understanding
of the New Economy in the Greater Washington region and the critical success factors to sustain
the region's leadership in these industries. Projects include: a baseline study of the New Economy
in the region; studies on industry sectors; an econometric impact report on the importance of the
information and communications industry on the region's economy now and in the future; and a
"Regional Report Card" that measures the region's progress on human, financial, entrepreneurial,
education and research infrastructure issues.
